What happened when Roman Reigns and Drew McIntyre met face-to-face again on WWE SmackDown?

On the November 20th edition of WWE SmackDown, superstars collide on the final stop to Survivor Series while others return to claim their long-awaited vengeance. Daniel Bryan resurfaces to take on the conflicted and dangerous Jey Uso.

The New Day and The Street Profits Vs. Baron Corbin, Sami Zayn, Robert Roode, and Dolph Ziggler

Grade: B

Tag champions unite as Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods team with the Street Profits in a 8 man tag encounter. Montez Ford began the match by disorienting Ziggler, quickly tagging in Dawkins to allow him a piece of the action. Kingston and Woods continued the assault on Bobby Roode by targeting the elbow until Baron Corbin evened the odds in a vicious display of power.

Towards the conclusion, Montez Ford hit the Cash Out on Sami Zayn for the pinfall victory.

Temporary allies and future opponents New Day and the Street Profits did incredibly well in maintaining a speedy offense and constantly keeping their adversaries guessing. While the unlikely alliance of villains opted for strength over substance, Ford and Dawkins would once again utilize crafty maneuvers to gain a crucial win.

Natalya Vs. Tamina

Grade: C

Natalya faces Tamina in a Last Chance contest to determine the final participant for the women’s Survivor Series team. Natalya began the match by slugging on her opponent, with Tamina easily gaining the advantage on the outside. The Queen of Harts then resurfaced with a Nattie by Nature and would unleash the sharpshooter in the ring to gain an easy victory.

This brief contest had Natalya at full confidence for the duration, using her strength and speed to withstand Tamina’s assaults both in and out of the ring. She will have to keep the momentum as Team SmackDown heads into battle this Sunday.

Seth Rollins Vs. Murphy

Grade: B

Murphy began by hammering away on Rollins in the ring until the latter utilized the barricades to his advantage. Rollins continued the assault and grabbed a kendo stick, disposing of outside forces in Rey and Dominik Mysterio. Murphy took advantage of a distraction and utilized highflying moves until Seth reassumed control with a massive top rope suplex.

In the climax of the contest, Murphy utilized knee strikes and one final Murphy’s Law to finally put away his former leader and gain revenge for the Mysterio family.

Seth Rollins let his anger get the best of him in this match, taking the assault to the outside while frequently mocking his adversaries. Murphy would not let his guard up towards the end as he mustered enough heavy slams and strikes to solidify the victory.

Daniel Bryan Vs. Jey Uso

Grade: B

Following weeks away from action, Daniel Bryan makes his triumphant return against Jey Uso. Uso began the match by laying into his opponent with uppercuts and assaulting the back. Bryan then gained the upper hand with arm submissions while using quick kicks. Following a huge move on the announcer’s table, Jey would be able to dismantle Bryan’s midsection.

Towards the conclusion, Uso would fail to hit a top rope dive. Daniel Bryan then utilized a small package pin to pick up a huge win.

The Yes Man’s return to action wasn’t easy, yet he continued to power himself in spite of his injuries. Meanwhile, Jey Uso’s frequent attempts to psychologically outmatch his opponent proved to be all for naught. Bryan seems more than ready to reassume a major spot on the SmackDown roster.
