SmackDown Tag Team Championship Triangle Ladder Match: The Street Profits (c) vs. Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode vs. Shinsuke Nakamura & Cesaro

We saw the seeds of this one planted this last week on SmackDown with Nakamura and Cesaro re-inserting themselves into the conversation about the SmackDown Tag Team Titles. Even with minimal build, this has the potential to be an instant classic.

Regardless of how you feel about some of these teams, or the relatively abysmal way WWE tends to book tag teams, these six men can create magic if given this opportunity. The night also needs a traditional Ladder Match, and none feels more fitting than this one, even if we ultimately have the same champions when the dust settles.

Prediction: The Street Profits are still the SmackDown Tag Team Champions

“The Fiend” Bray Wyatt vs. Randy Orton

As of right now, there’s no special stipulation on the docket for the collision between “The Fiend” and Randy Orton. That could certainly change, but WWE may be setting the stage for a long-term rivalry here, for better or worse.

Despite the booking troubles their previous rivalry ran into, Wyatt and Orton are firing on all cylinders right now and delivering some of the best work of their entire careers. As for this night, I think some manipulation by Orton and targeting of Alexa Bliss at ringside are likely to lead him to a shocking victory and set the stage for a future clash.

Prediction: Randy Orton

SmackDown Women’s Championship Match: Sasha Banks (c) vs. Carmella

As much as I’d like to see Sasha Banks closer to the main event, this should still be a great match with Carmella as she embraces this reinvention of her character. The build between these two has been solid, but the reality is we already know what’s happening.

Despite whatever advantages she will try to take, Sasha Banks isn’t about to lose the SmackDown Women’s Championship this quickly. I fully expect Sasha Banks to walk into WrestleMania 37 as the SmackDown Women’s Champion, and to do that she first has to vanquish Carmella at WWE TLC.

Prediction: Sasha Banks is still the SmackDown Women’s Champion
