WWE TLC 2020 Bold Predictions: Charlotte Flair Will Make History

WWE TLC 2020 will take place on December 20, 2020 at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT live on the WWE Network.

WWE TLC 2020! This anticipatory event will be full of table crashes, ladder drops, and chair shots. Daily DDT will be with you the entire way on Sunday with live results, highlights, ratings, and analysis of the last WWE PPV event of the year. The following will provide some very bold predictions for this year’s TLC event.

The only scheduled match that is not addressed here is: The New Day (c) vs. Hurt Business for the Raw Tag Team Championships. The reason for this exclusion is that there is nothing bold to predict about this match. Hurt Business will win all the gold to counteract the three times they lost to The New Day in title matches on Raw. Now that that’s out of the way, let’s get to the bold predictions.

5.) Sasha Banks (c) vs. Carmella [SmackDown Women’s Championship]

Sasha Banks and Carmella’s rivalry is based on the idea of Banks having to work so hard to be successful in the WWE while it comes so easy for Carmella. To substantiate this, Carmella made it known that her one SmackDown Women’s Championship reign in 2018 was longer than all of Sasha Banks’ singles title reigns combined, especially since she easily cashed in her MITB contract to win that championship.

Clearly, Carmella needs to be humbled and recognize that she will be in the ring with one of the best women’s wrestlers on the planet today. In order to send that message, there is no need to have a long match, like they did on SmackDown last week. Instead, Banks will defeat Carmella within 10 seconds to show that she does not have to work hard to defeat Carmella, thereby defying Carmella’s condescending language towards her greatness.

Bold Prediction: Sasha Banks (within 10 seconds)
