2.) Asuka & Charlotte Flair (c) vs. Lacey Evans & Peyton Royce [Women’s Tag Team Championships]

Assuming Asuka wins the Women’s Tag Team Championships at TLC and Charlotte Flair ends up being the mystery partner, they will be fighting babyface champions who will very likely propose an open challenge. Evidently, a heel team would answer the challenger. Since they would have already defeated Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax, the only other heel tag team left on Raw would be Lacey Evans and Peyton Royce.

Evans and Royce will obviously not dethrone the champs but they can prove their doubters wrong with a strong showing. Most doubters think that this tag team does not work and the WWE should just reunite the IIconics or give Royce a singles push, as promised months ago. While those doubters are correct, this team was still impressive in the Women’s Survivor Series match and could turn some heads in this championship match with two great workers in the WWE.

Prediction: Asuka & Charlotte Flair

1.) Drew McIntyre, Sheamus, and Keith Lee vs. AJ Styles, The Miz, and John Morrison [6-Man Tag Match]

On last week’s WWE Raw, while Drew McIntyre and Sheamus have been feuding with AJ Styles, Miz, and John Morrison, Keith Lee shockingly lost to The Miz and John Morrison in a handicap match. It must also be noted that Lee was continuously asking Sheamus whether he would turn his back on Drew McIntyre in the backstage area. It seems that he is somehow being built to be involved in their storyline.

This should set up a six-man tag team match in the main event of a Christmas edition of WWE Raw. As always, the babyfaces should win on a week of holiday festivities. Lee’s loss last week dampened his positive momentum into the main event scene. Meanwhile, Sheamus has been losing to almost everyone for the past weeks. They both need victories here and having McIntyre on their team makes a victory in this match a foregone conclusion.

Now, this episode of WWE Raw would not be anything special and could be easily missed, like any other episode of Raw in the past few weeks. This card would be a great way for Vince McMahon to be the grinch who stole Christmas. Hopefully, he actually gets Raw back on track before Santa Clause leaves coal in his stockings. All the fans want is an engaging show with milk and cookies, not a senseless show with sour grapes. Merry Christmas!

Prediction: Drew McIntyre, Sheamus, and Keith Lee
