WWE MITB 2021 isn’t for several months, but it’s never too early to make predictions. You know, just for fun.

At TLC 2020, we saw The Miz cash-in the Money in the Bank briefcase in the show’s opening match, which was a Tables, Ladders, and Chairs match. And like his predecessors Braun Strowman and King Corbin, The Miz was unsuccessful. Will the same fate befall the winner of the men’s briefcase at WWE MITB 2021?

Fans have a right to feel incredibly frustrated with how the Men’s Money in the Bank briefcase has been presented over the past few years. We have the wasted runs of Corbin and Strowman, and then Brock Lesnar won it in 2019. This year, Otis was the original winner since Vince McMahon was ostensibly high on him. And then he just sort of forgot the briefcase existed until he had Tucker turn on Otis during a match against The Miz for the briefcase. The A-Lister failed his cash-in, and now, well, here we are.

Meanwhlie, the Women’s Money in the Bank briefcase has been used to put the title on major stars like Alexa Bliss, Bayley, and Asuka who were all established as champions previously. The only star-making briefcase run was Carmella’s, though it took her years – literally this past PPV at TLC – to get back in the main title picture.

Will WWE MITB 2021 yield better results? I certainly hope so. Here are early predictions for the winners of each briefcase next year.
