3. Otis Wins Money In The Bank

So, while he doesn’t hold the Money in the Bank (MITB) briefcase now, which is a darn shame when Otis emerged victorious in May after a hard-fought men’s ladder match (where some thought Rey Mysterio was gone forever – thanks to Randy Orton throwing him off the WWE building), the home crowd and social media went wild. Alas, Rey-Rey was okay, but Otis shockingly climbing the ladder to become Mr. MITB 2020 was a moment meant for a live crowd. In fact, I feel like I could hear “this is awesome” chants in my head throughout the entire match. The beginning of the year was a great one for Otis, he had his best friend, he had the girl, and the briefcase, and then things went downhill from there; however, we won’t talk about that right now …

2. KO’s WM Moment

Kevin Owens was bound and determined to get a Wrestlemania moment that will hit flashback reels for WWE’s flagship event for years to come, and he achieved that and so much more. In a match against Seth Rollins, the prizefighter decided to climb atop of the WM 36 sign and spring off it to land on an already-laid-out Monday Night Messiah, who was on the announcers’ table. It was a great moment that deserved a reaction from the live crowd, but with how things exploded on Twitter, KO was successful in his mission on all accounts.
