Daniel Bryan

Alright, now let’s discuss the best possible match for Roman Reigns. In an ideal world, we would get a feud between Reigns and Daniel Bryan in 2021 that lasts for a sufficient period of time and goes all-out. Bryan and Reigns are two of the most talented wrestlers in the entire industry, and we deserve a babyface Bryan vs. heel Reigns rivalry. Like Kevin Owens vs. Roman Reigns, it’s a welcome role reversal for both wrestlers.

Bryan is a more than credible WrestleMania 37 challenger, and if The Rock isn’t possible nor Big E feasible, then Bryan might prove to be the best possible ‘Mania option for Reigns. But if he is on tap as Reigns’ WrestleMania 37 opponent, that doesn’t preclude him from first facing the Tribal Chief at WWE Royal Rumble 2021.

I still think there’s too much between Reigns and Owens for all the loose ends to be tied up before the Rumble, but if that rivalry does end with sufficient time left in January, then we could see the beginnings of a WrestleMania-worthy feud between Bryan and Reigns.

Honestly, I don’t think I need to spend too much time selling you on the merits of this rivalry. Reigns and Bryan let their work do the talking for them in the ring, though they are also two of the most capable literal talkers in their own right. I get excited just thinking about this feud.
