Being one of the final four people in the ring at the Royal Rumble is an important step to moving up the roster. Let’s predict who will be the last among the ladies in January.

The Women’s Royal Rumble has been a success since its inception. The unpredictable factor of who is going to headline WrestleMania is always on everyone’s minds when it comes to the match. Ever since the Women’s Royal Rumble match has been introduced back in 2018, three women on the WWE roster got the opportunity to face either the Raw, SmackDown, or NXT champion at WrestleMania.

In 2018, Asuka won the first-ever Women’s Royal Rumble match. Asuka faced Charlotte at WrestleMania 34 and unfortunately lost to Charlotte while also having her undefeated streak come to an end. In 2019, Becky Lynch not only won the match, she also headlined and closed WrestleMania 35 with Charlotte and Ronda Rousey. In 2020, Charlotte won the Women’s Royal Rumble match and went on to WrestleMania 36 to face Rhea Ripley for the NXT Women’s Championship.

What keeps everyone really engaged every year at the Royal Rumble, is the last four superstars in the ring. This time is crucial to the match because the anticipation to the end of the match is brewing and most times during the Royal Rumble match, the final four are the four that are usually in the match the longest time, or the shortest time. I am going to go over my predictions of who will be the final four of the Women’s Royal Rumble match. The Royal Rumble show overall is my favorite show of the year so this will be fun.

Bianca Belair

A possible WrestleMania match between Bianca Belair and Sasha Banks really caught my interest. These two never crossed paths before in a major program and when it does happen, it should be a big story leading up to the major show. But to get to the show, Bianca will have to win the Women’s Royal Rumble match. Bianca lasted almost 35 minutes at last year’s show. She could be the ironwoman of this year’s match if she is in the match early on. She is not only my pick to be in the final four, but she is also my pick to be in the final two of the Women’s Royal Rumble match.

Carmella

Carmella recently made her return to Smackdown with a complete character overhaul. With this character change, there could be big things coming for the Smackdown superstar. Carmella can really shine at the Women’s Royal Rumble match and would also be in an unexpected spot when everyone realizes that she is part of the final four. The closest Carmella came to being part of the final four, was the 2019 Women’s Royal Rumble match. It is time for Carmella to have a major opportunity and whether if she wins the 2021 Women’s Royal Rumble match or not, her being in the final four would mean much more to the match than a legend being among the last in the ring.

Rhea Ripley

It was at last year’s WrestleMania where Rhea Ripley lost her NXT Women’s Championship to Charlotte. I predict that Rhea Ripley will be in the final four because a potential rematch between Rhea Ripley and Charlotte could happen at WrestleMania. Especially now since Charlotte could win the Raw Women’s Championship from Asuka within the next few months. The rematch would be for the Raw Women’s Championship and Rhea Ripley could become a member of the Raw Roster by defeating Charlotte for the Championship. This is why I believe that Rhea Ripley could be in the final four just for that story to be told.

Bayley

Bayley’s time as Smackdown Women’s champion will be remembered as one of the best Women’s championship runs of the last decade. The idea of her being in the final four of the Women’s Royal Rumble match is intriguing due to the fact that two of the four horsewomen were also on the last four of the Rumble match back to back. Bayley has shown how dominant she has become ever since she has turned heel over a year ago.

If she is one of the entrants of the Women’s Royal Rumble match, she could either stall during the match until she is part of the final four or eliminate as many women as possible until she is part of the last four. I can imagine the reaction online if another horsewoman actually wins the entire rumble match. Either way, next month’s WWE Network special kicks off the “Road to WrestleMania” and everyone is watching to see who comes out of the Royal Rumble with a title shot.
