4.) Billie Kay vs. The Riott Squad [Handicap Match]

On last week’s WWE SmackDown, Asuka and Charlotte Flair defeated The Riott Squad in a non-title tag team match due to Billie Kay’s distractions at ringside. This match was important because Morgan and Riott could have earned tag title shots if they defeated the champions. Kay tried to make it up to them by entering them in the Women’s Royal Rumble. However, Morgan and Riott were fed up with Kay’s mishaps and decided to bar her from joining them as a trio.

Now, it would be fitting for WWE to book this handicap match so that Morgan and Riott can teach Kay a lesson. Morgan and Riott will win to get their comeuppance for all the times Kay cost them their matches. However, someone will have to help Kay, and that superstar will probably be Chelsea Green, who lost her Survivor Series qualifying match to Liv Morgan due to injury. She should be back soon, so a return here and entry into the Rumble would be suitable.

Prediction: The Riott Squad

3.) Big E (c) vs. Apollo Crews vs. Sami Zayn [Intercontinental Championship]

On last week’s WWE SmackDown, Sami Zayn ‘stood against moral injustice,’ interfered, and forced a disqualification finish in the Intercontinental Championship match between Big E and Apollo Crews. He and Crews both have a valid reason for an Intercontinental Championship rematch, so Zayn’s interference might have set up a triple threat Intercontinental Championship match at either the Royal Rumble or this go-home episode of SmackDown.

Since Big E and Zayn are already in the Royal Rumble, it would make more sense to book it on this episode. Now that Crews is allied with Roman Reigns and Paul Heyman, Big E could lose the title to Crews without getting pinned and still remain protected in defeat. Nonetheless, Zayn is in this match as a buffer to protect both superstars, so E could easily pin Zayn to retain the championship or pin Crews to finally put an end to their feud. Either way, Big E will retain.
