WWE Raw Predictions: Bray Wyatt Will Return To Pulverize Randy Orton

4.) Shayna Baszler & Nia Jax (c) vs. Naomi & Lana [Women’s Tag Team Championships]
On last week’s WWE Raw, Naomi and Lana defeated Queens of Tomorrow and Mandy Rose and Dana Brooke in a triple threat number one contender’s match to become the next challengers for Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax’s Women’s Tag Team Titles. Naomi and Lana claimed that they have wanted to team up for a very long time, so this tag title opportunity should be a neat launching pad for their recent returns to the ring.
Lana has had a notable rivalry with Nia Jax over the past few months, but she is seeking revenge for when Jax injured her leg and left her out of action for a month. Meanwhile, Naomi has seen the pain Lana has sustained and is willing to help her friend defy two bullies. The story is simple, but the result is inevitable. Naomi and Lana have clearly not been built up long enough to dethrone Baszler and Jax so soon after Baszler and Jax won back the Women’s Tag Team Titles.

3.) Damian Priest vs. John Morrison (w/Mr. MITB The Miz) [Grudge Match]
On last week’s WWE Raw, Damian Priest defeated Mr. MITB The Miz in his main roster debut. The fact that Damian Priest defeated a former WWE Champion and WrestleMania main eventer in his main roster debut is supposed to be impressive. However, it is quite difficult to acknowledge and appreciate the grandeur of his victory since the WWE has booked The Miz as a jobber ever since he lost the tag team championships on the SmackDown after last year’s WrestleMania 36.
As for this week’s episode, it would make sense for Priest to battle John Morrison and defeat him in order to continue his momentum in the upper midcard division. These victories will either set him up for a championship opportunity or a tag team match alongside Bad Bunny against Miz and Morrison at this year’s WrestleMania. Based on recent rumors and the interactions between Priest and Bad Bunny, it seems that the latter could very well be the case.
