Raw Women’s Championship Match: Asuka (c) vs. Charlotte Flair with Ric Flair as the Special Guest Referee

My original choice here was Lacey Evans defending the title against Charlotte Flair with Ric Flair in a Shark Cage, but Lacey’s impromptu pregnancy has fortunately taken that possibility out of the equation. Instead, it looks like they’re laying the seeds for a rematch of Asuka and Charlotte Flair from WrestleMania 34.

On paper, it has the potential to be something truly special, just like last time. Of course, Ric Flair consistent involvement in Charlotte’s current storyline means he’s probably end up in this mess too. Having Ric as the referee, only to cheat and call for the bell claiming Asuka tapped when she didn’t, creating the Tampa Bay Ric Flair Screwjob, seems like the absolute most cursed possibility.

SmackDown Women’s Championship Match: Sasha Banks (c) vs. Bianca Belair vs. Ronda Rousey

We seem to be perfectly on the path for Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair in the Main Event of WrestleMania 37 for the SmackDown Women’s Championship. Seeing two Black women in the main event with the title on the line, with no extra gimmicks or frills, would be truly historic and unforgettable.

So, why not throw a returning transphobic former MMA fighter in the mix? This is just about the only way WWE could ruin this match, and boy would Ronda Rousey returning to beat them at WrestleMania and take the title be truly cursed.
