WWE WrestleMania 37: Cursed full match card predictions expect the worst

Universal Championship Spear Match: Roman Reigns (c) vs. Edge vs. Goldberg

In another moment where the current setup seems hard to ruin, the aftermath of Roman Reigns’ Universal Title defense at Elimination Chamber saw “The Rated R Superstar” plant him hard into the mat with a devastating and sudden Spear. Whether this was your first choice or not, you aren’t going to get anything other than a great match from Reigns and Edge.

How do you ruin it? Throw Goldberg into the mix, and make it where the first person to successfully hit the Spear is the winner. It keeps Goldberg from having to hit his disappointing Jackhammer and gets the title back on him, which I guess someone keeps asking for?

Prediction: Goldberg wins by simultaneously spearing both Edge and Roman to become the new Universal Champion

WWE Championship & WWE 24/7 Championship Unification Match: The Miz (c) vs. Bad Bunny

Honestly, the prospect of having Bad Bunny compete at WrestleMania 37 isn’t cursed to me. WWE has a long history of celebrity matches at WrestleMania, and it would be fun to see an international star like Bad Bunny get his moment on that kind of stage.

Of course, the cursed way of doing this is having it be for the WWE Championship and the WWE 24/7 Championship and making it a Unification Match.

It’s the perfect way to put the most prestigious title in WWE history and link it to the least prestigious title in WWE history while putting it on a non-competitor and celebrity at their biggest show of the year.

Truly the worst of all worlds.

Prediction: Bad Bunny wins to unify the WWE Championship and WWE 24/7 Championship into the WWE 24/7 WWE Championship
