WWE Raw Predictions: Drew McIntyre Will Screw Bobby Lashley

4.) Shayna Baszler & Nia Jax (c) vs. Naomi & Lana [Women’s Tag Team Championships]
On last week’s WWE Raw, Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax defeated Asuka and Charlotte to continue their momentum and facilitate the dissension between Asuka and Charlotte. Meanwhile, Naomi and Lana defeated Mandy Rose and Dana Brooke to continue their momentum as number one contenders for the Women’s Tag Team Championships. Clearly, their title match has to happen at some point, whether it is booked on this episode or is stalled even further until FastLane.
Since Baszler and Jax will defend their titles against Kai and Gonzalez on this week’s NXT, they should defend against Naomi and Lana on this week’s Raw first since Naomi and Lana earned their title shots before Kai and Gonzalez won the Dusty Rhodes Classic. To maintain the babyface-heel dynamics, Naomi and Lana will become the new Women’s Tag Team Champions as a way of fulfilling Lana’s revenge against Jax and posing them as transitional champs for Kai and Gonzalez.

3.) Drew McIntyre vs. Sheamus [Grudge Match]
On last week’s WWE Raw, Drew McIntyre was conspicuously absent after the brutal Elimination Chamber Match that he sustained as well as the unfortunate MITB cash in thereafter. Meanwhile, his rival, Sheamus, defeated Jeff Hardy and still wants to fight McIntyre one on one. Drew McIntyre is scheduled to return on this episode and address Lashley’s attack. It is very likely that Sheamus will interrupt this promo to challenge McIntyre, and McIntyre will obviously win.
Many fans expect McIntyre and Sheamus to wrestle at FastLane or WrestleMania. However, this match could take place as early as tonight, and these two could end up building enough respect after a hard fought battle. This respect would be key to them becoming a tag team and dethroning Lashley’s allies, Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin, as a symbol of revenge for what Lashley did to McIntyre at Elimination Chamber.
