Randy Orton vs. Alexa Bliss

So out of all the matches on the card, this is the biggest “curveball” match. Is WWE really going fully intergender and pitting two of their biggest names against each other?

Sort of. But because of the nature of this storyline, expect the actual in-ring, wrestling aspect of the match to be truncated and for this bout to move into the supernatural. Bliss will get a lot of good shots in on an overwhelmed Orton at first, and then things will get very strange. Because nothing about this storyline has been anywhere approaching the word “normal”.

Alexa Bliss 100 percent has to win this match. There is simply no other way. What I want to know, though, is how weird is it going to get and what will become of Orton by the end of it?

Prediction: Alexa Bliss

Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode (c) vs. the Street Profits for the SmackDown Tag Team Championships

Since Omos and AJ Styles have made it clear that they are going after the new Raw Tag Team Champions, the New Day, we’re not getting a tag team title match from the Raw side at WWE Fastlane 2021. Instead, I expect to see them battle it out at WrestleMania 37.

So we’ll get a SmackDown Tag Title match between the Street Profits and Robert Roode and Dolph Ziggler, probably with some sort of a cheesy finish that sets up a rematch at WrestleMania wherein the Street Profits rightfully claim the tag titles. They are the true leaders of this division, but I don’t think they’ll win the titles just yet. Roode and Ziggler will find a way to retain.

Prediction: Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode retain, but Street Profits win
