There was a big feeling heading into WWE Monday Night Raw as it was the last night that the WWE would be in the ThunderDome. With travel prepared to resume on Friday with fans in attendance, this show featured more from Bobby Lashley, The New Day, the women’s division, and much more.

The night started off with singles action as Bobby Lashley and Xavier Woods faced off.

As soon as the bell sounded, Lashley was all over Woods. Taking him down with a single leg and tossing him across the ring. The intensity was clear from the champion, but Woods was ready, landing a step-up senton before going for a pin. Lashley kicked out and ended up tossing him out the ring like a child.

Back in the ring the destruction continued. Woods was forced to take multiple shoulder charges while being stuck in the corner. Woods stepped out of the way of the last one, landed a superkick, and countered again to the tornado DDT. He even launched himself over the top onto Lashley, following up with a missile dropkick. Lashley easily kicked out of the pin but Woods rolled it into the crossface.

Woods had his offense cut off violently with a one-handed spinebuster, followed up with a Dominator. Lashley was not done, tossing Woods outside before running his face into the steel post.
