Elektra Lopez is a game-changer in the Legado Del Fantasma-Hit Row feud

One of the most interesting stories in NXT (sorry, NXT 2.0) right now just got even more intriguing with the addition of Elektra Lopez. For months now, Legado Del Fantasma and Hit Row have been going at it.

So far, the team of Isaiah “Swerve” Scott, Top Dolla, Ashante “Thee” Adonis, and B-FAB have been winning the war, practically beating Legado every chance they get. They’ve done a great job of building up Hit Row as a serious team.

The biggest reason why the team of Santos Escobar, Joaquin Wilde, and Raul Mendoza keep finding themselves on the short end of the stick is simply that they are outnumbered. B-FAB has consistently been a thorn on the side of Legado, inserting herself into matches and acting as a distraction.

The numbers game always catches up to them in each confrontation as Hit Row proves they’re just too much for Escobar and Co. They needed to find a way to level the playing field. Enter Elektra Lopez.

She joins the team during the 6-man tag team match between Legado and Hit Row, attacking B-FAB and helping Del Fantasma get their first win in this feud. She is the missing piece that the trio needed to equalize the rivalry.

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen Lopez. She made her NXT debut in June with a different look when she faced Franky Monet in a losing effort.

Aligning herself with Santos, Joaquin, and Raul is a great move for both people. This could elevate Elektra to a new level and add more layers to her character.

With her addition to the mix, the teams are equally balanced as we head towards an imminent, massive 8-person tag team match that has the potential to be a classic. Not only that, we get to see more of what Lopez and B-FAB are made of.

In last week’s episode of NXT, B-FAB made her highly anticipated in-ring debut. We’ve seen what she can do on the mic and she can absolutely spit. But can she scrap? Despite earning the victory,  it was a fair performance that didn’t quite impress. She still has some room for improvement on her in-ring skills, but there is serious potential in her.

Last night, Lopez had a match of her own, which she completely dominated. It was a great, quick match that really showed off her strength and power. After that, she made a statement promo, re-introducing us why she is no one to mess with.

She is truly a force to be reckoned with and I think B-FAB is in trouble. But we won’t have to wait long to find out. Next week, we’ll finally get a match between the two rising stars. This match will make or break either one of these women.

There is serious star power in Elektra Lopez. Whether on the mic or in the ring, she demands the attention of everyone watching. She’s here to let us know that she means business.
