Terminus roster continues to take shape for January event
There is a lot of buzz around the newly announced event titled, Terminus: Modern Age Grappling. Baron Black and Jonathan Gresham have continued to make the rounds talking about the upcoming showcase while announcing the grapplers that will participate in the first showcase on January 16.
To date, three names have been announced for the event. Daniel Garcia, Bandido, and Janai Kai were revealed in that order.
Garcia may be best known for his current run in All Elite Wrestling, but the 23-year-old has competed across the wrestling landscape for companies like GCW, OWA, New Japan, and others. He’s one of the hottest young prospects in the game, recently having matches against the likes of CM Punk, Alex Shelley, Minoru Suzuki, and Gresham as well.
Bandido does not need an introduction. The current Ring of Honor World Champion is a multiple-time titleholder in companies like ROH, PWG, DDT, and more. He and Gresham are headed for a showdown for that ROH world title at Ring of Honor Final Battle, in what will be the last event for that promotion before it shutters its doors for a period.
Kai is a newer name in the wrestling industry, but she’s been putting in work across the independent scene, competing in promotions like GCW, Warrior Wrestling, and Beyond Wrestling. The Washington DC native brings three years of experience heading into her bout at Terminus.
