Game Changer Wrestling is continuing its march towards world domination by announcing they are joining WrestleUniverse in Japan.

The Collective 2022 lineup isn’t the only major announcement being made by GCW today. Per their Twitter account, GCW is making their library available to Japanese fans on the WrestleUniverse streaming service starting on Friday, February 5. There has been no indication if live events will be made available to Japanese fans through the service.

According to the tweet, this move will only affect Japanese fans. The announcement was made on Tuesday evening. There has been no announcement of plans to move to the streaming of their events from Fite.tv at this time for fans, not in Japan.

The company will make its debut on the platform with replays of two critically acclaimed events Homecoming 2021 and Fight Club AC complete with Japanese commentary.

The announcement was quickly picked up by fans and members of the GCW roster fantasy booking members of the GCW roster with members of the DDT, Noah, and TJPW rosters including AJ Gray taking the opportunity to call out DDTPro roster member Tetsuya Endo.

With this announcement, GCW joins a growing roster of wrestling companies available to Japanese fans on the streaming service including DDTPro, Tokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling, Gabare Pro Wrestling, and Pro Wrestling NOAH.
