3. Dakota Kai

Dakota Kai is a member of the NXT roster since signing with WWE in 2016. Kai made her debut at the first-ever Mae Young Classic in 2017. She made it all the way to the Quarter Finals where she lost to Kairi Sane.

After the Mae Young Classic, Kai had a prominent role on NXT TV until she tore her ACL in Jan. 2019. She came back in October of that same year. A month later, she turned heel and became a key player in the black and gold brand.

And once she partnered up with Raquel González, they became a powerhouse threat in the women’s division. They were the first-ever NXT Tag Team Champions when they won the first-ever women’s Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic.

Kai has been in NXT for five years. And after participating in this year’s Tag Team Classic, there is nothing for her to do. She could go after the NXT Championship but she got a ton of opportunity to win it but she loses every time she’s in a championship match.

That’s why she should move on from NXT and get called up to the main roster. She will have fresh new opponents to face and Kai will be a great challenger to the Raw women’s Champion or the Smackdown Champion.

If Kai is on raw, she can face Liv Morgan, Rhea Ripley, Zelina Vega, Nikki A.S.H, Alexa Bliss, Bianca Belair, Becky Lynch and etc. If she is on Smackdown, she can face Naomi, Sasha Banks, Shotzi Blackheart, Shayna Bazler, Natalya, Charlotte Flair, Ronda Rousey and etc.

She will help out in the main roster because she is versatile. Kai can be the underdog babyface. And she can be the cowardly heel. That will help her fit well on the main roster because she can work with everyone once she gets called up.

Even though Dakota Kai has never won the NXT women’s championship, she should get called up to the main roster after WrestleMania. It’s time for Kai to move on and wrestle fresh opponents and get new opportunities.
