It has been two months since Alexa Bliss last appeared on WWE television. Not only are her fans wondering where their favorite star is but reports about Bliss having “frustrations” with WWE creative are starting to boil up. It’s understandable. If WWE can’t find something to do with a woman who has had seven title reigns in less than five years, that’s an indictment on that company. Bliss has done well with every angle that’s put in front of her, so here are three ideas that could reintroduce Bliss back to the WWE Universe.

Sonya Deville’s Replacement

Sonya Deville has been on a power trip since stepping into an authority figure role in WWE. Her comeback in this position was a surprise, but many expected her to eventually make it back to the ring. That’s the situation as now she’s challenging Bianca Belair for the WWE Raw Women’s Championship, using the underhanded tactics that come with her position to get the title shot. Adam Pearce has hinted that there are repercussions coming Deville’s way. What if Bliss is the vessel used to bring them to light.

After Deville’s series with Belair, which will run through WrestleMania Backlash, Deville attempts to step back into her role as an authority figure, only to be stripped of that power, replaced by Bliss. Then it’s Bliss’s turn to antagonize Deville much the way she attempted to do with Belair and Naomi before her. Of course, this would result in a match down the line, giving both women a solid non-title feud to build momentum with along the way.

Toppling Toxic Attraction

NXT 2.0 isn’t the brand that Bliss would recognize from her initial tenure in the promotion. Since then, a lot has changed, including Toxic Attraction’s grip on the women’s division. Recently, main event stars have made the jump back to NXT for brief stints that helped boost interest in the brand, even if for a short time. Bliss could do the same, targeting Toxic Attraction and specifically Mandy Rose on the way.

Bliss’s run in NXT started in 2013 and ended in 2016. Along the way, she garnered key experiences that led her to become one of the biggest stars in the women’s division today. But she never obtained the NXT Women’s Championship. Having her go back for one quick run and pick up the title would be a compelling angle. Dolph Ziggler did the same and it was an initial boost for him. Bliss could have a strong, but brief run in that arena before returning to either of the main roster shows.

Bianca Belair’s Next Opponent

Expectations are for the current program between Belair and Deville to run through WrestleMania Backlash. Belair should come out the victor, building on the long-term run that fans have wanted. An interesting feud for her after Deville would be against Alexa Bliss, in the “Little Miss Bliss” character instead of the Fiend-inspired gimmick that caused so many to roll their eyes.

Bliss versus Belair in a singles storyline is a credible and fresh pairing. Belair could be looking for continued legitimacy by defeating another top name on the roster, while Bliss wants to get back into the position she was before getting involved with The Fiend. The fact that this is a feud that hasn’t been marred by incessant rematches and retellings immediately makes it more interesting than much else available for either woman.

Next. KUSHIDA has left the WWE. dark

WWE must find a way to get Alexa Bliss involved. She’s one of the most-liked women on the main roster, rivaling the popularity of the Four Horsewomen. If WWE can’t find something to do with a woman of her talent, then there’s even more wrong in the company than known.
