WWE SummerSlam 2022 Predictions: Charlotte Flair Will Bury Liv Morgan

Bobby Lashley (c) vs. Mr. MITB Austin Theory [U.S. Championship]
Bobby Lashley will retain the United States Championship against Mr. MITB Austin Theory because he just won it from Theory at MITB and Theory does not need the title now that he has the MITB Briefcase. Although this is another rematch, the situation has become a lot more interesting after Dolph Ziggler attacked Theory on Raw this week. It can be surmised that Ziggler, who is a former MITB Winner, is targeting Theory for his newly won MITB Briefcase and will likely screw him in this title match to assure that all of his attention is on him after SummerSlam.
Prediction: Bobby Lashley
Gunther (c) vs. Shinsuke Nakamura [IC Championship]
Gunther will retain the Intercontinental Championship against Shinsuke Nakamura because he just won the title from Ricochet last month and Nakamura is just biding his time until Rick BOOGS comes back. Nakamura is merely being used here as fodder for Gunther to further establish and solidify his title reign over a former Intercontinental Champion. Since this is an IC title match, it is unlikely to be on PPV and will probably just take place on SmackDown. If so, Edge vs. Finn Balor, New Day vs. Viking Raiders, and/or Ezekiel vs. Kevin Owens can take this spot on the card.
