WWE is closing off 2023 with WWE Survivor Series 2023, which is shaping up with some blockbuster War Games matches pertaining to any ongoing Raw and SmackDown feuds, especially involving the biggest factions in WWE today: Judgment Day and Damage Control. However, there are also plenty of things to anticipate in WWE for 2024, especially involving Royal Rumble, WrestleMania, MITB, SummerSlam, and some key returns and/or surprises that could shake up the core of the WWE roster for years to come.

With that being said, the following will provide some very early wild predictions for WWE in 2024 that could come true before our very eyes.

WWE has had some wildly unpredictable moments in 2023, and amidst the CM Punk rumors, the following will provide even wilder predictions for WWE in 2024.

Cody Rhodes had a heck of a wrestling match this week.

5.) Cody Rhodes Will Finish The Story But Get Cashed In On By Damian Priest

Most fans expect Cody Rhodes to redeem himself from WrestleMania 39 and finish the story at WrestleMania 40 against Roman Reigns to finally win the world title his father never won. After that tense stare off between Rhodes and Reigns on the SmackDown after FastLane, it would be asinine for WWE to not capitalize on this WrestleMania moment, which will be remembered for years to come. However, there is one caveat that can make this prediction even wilder, and it involves Mr. MITB Damian Priest, who still has not yet cashed in his MITB Contract.

What if Priest waits until Rhodes wins that world title at Mania just to take it all away with the second WrestleMania MITB cash-in in history and merely snatch Rhodes’ moment from underneath him? That would be massive heel heat, especially after all the confetti falls in the ring for Rhodes ending such a historic 1000+ day reign. That would also be a compelling way to create another top heel whilst Reigns drifts off into the Hollywood Sunset. Priest will even have the opportunity to go BackLash in his hometown of Puerto Rico as the World Champion.

This recent Judgment Day and Bloodline alliance could culminate in this moment. Although Damian Priest has been solely teasing cash-ins on World Champion Seth Rollins, it could be a continual red herring. Besides, Priest can always boast about having a batter Mania cash-in Seth Rollins, so this moment will kill three birds with one stone in assuring Cody finishes the story, creating another top heel in Damian Priest, and garnering sympathy for a top babyface in Cody Rhodes, who will need to redeem himself against Priest on the road to WWE SummerSlam 2024.
