AEW and DC Comics announce comic book crossover

The two comic publication will feature top AEW stars and characters from DC Comics.

Professional wrestling and sports entertainment presents its biggest stars as superheroes, but AEW and DC Comics are taking things a step further. On October 1,2025, the two organizations announced a partnership that includes two comics featuring top names from both companies.

"DC and All Elite Wrestling are teaming up for an electrifying crossover that unites two powerhouse universes in a bold new storytelling experience," the AEW press release stated. "This unprecedented collaboration will bring the Justice League and AEW's top wrestling talent together in a high-octane, two-issue comic book event - launching with a special preview edition available exclusively to fans at New York Comic Con."

The image includes top DC characters like Wonder Woman, Nightwing, Guy Gardner, Jonathan Stewart, and of course, Batman. On the AEW side, Kenny Omega, Jon Moxley, Mercedes Mone, Swerve Strickland, Darby Allin, Willow Nightingale, Will Ospreay, Orange Cassidy, and Toni Storm are all present.

Along with the preview comic at New York Comic Con, those in attendance will also have the opportunity to view two special events on Friday, October 10 and Saturday, October 11. Once released, the comic books will be avalable at ShopAEW.com, select AEW events in 2026, and comic book stores throughout the country.

Another aspect of the partnership is AEW Full Gear 2025 will be presented by DC Comics. AEW Full Gear 2025 is set for November 22 and will hail from the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.
