Another WWE NXT has announced their departure. Just a few days after Jazmyn Nyx made headlines for leaving NXT due to not seeing eye-to-eye on the financials of the deal, Edris Enofe made news that he is no longer with the company.
On Monday, September 29, Enofe took to Instagram to make the announcement.
“As of today, I will officially be leaving the WWE,” Enofe posted in a video. “This is a decision that I thought about for a very long time, I’m gonna trust my guy on this. With that being said, for the past four years, I had the chance and the opportunity to meet and work with incredible people, from the wrestlers to the referees, to the creative team, to the medical staff, and of course to all the coaches who put in so much time and effort into making me better, and for that, I will always appreciate y’all. And of course, to all the fans who have supported me and stuck by my side through all these years, thank you.”
Enofe’s former tag team partner, Malik Blade responded to the post, thanking his peer.
“Thank you, bro, for everything,” Blade posted on social media.

Enofe was last seen back in July when he competed against Lince Dorado at an NXT live show. He was a consistent name on WWE Evolve, with his last television appearance occurring back on June 25, 2024.
Blade and Enofe teamed together for years and were frequently seen as contenders to the NXT Tag Team Championship, but never picked up gold. Enofe had recently returned to action after dealing with a shoulder injury, while Blade has been out since December 2024 due to an injured ACL.
Many fans took to social media to support Enofe, looking forward to where he may appear next. At 31 years of age, and four years of experience, there’s a lot of potential for growth in the California native.
