Money in the Bank is one of the most important matches on WWE’s annual slate. It’s the match that helped open the door for performers like Adam Copeland, Nik Nemeth, Liv Morgan, and several others. Damian Priest had a strong run as the 2023 Money in the Bank winner and is now holding the WWE World Championship. Looking forward to the 2024 event, here are three names that stand out in the men’s division who should hold the briefcase.

Bron Breakker

Bron Breakker has been on a tear since moving up to the Monday Night Raw roster. He had a great run in WWE NXT, but his presentation on Raw has blown it out the door. He looks fantastic and comes across as a threat to anyone. The story that he’s upset that he wasn’t included in the King of the Ring immediately elevates that tournament and makes it clear that he’s interested in big victories.

Bron Breakker as the 2023 Money in the Bank winner would immediately put the rest of the roster on notice. There’s no way he’d fail to cash in that briefcase. In fact, he’d probably demand a head-on match rather than trying to cash-in on a weakened champion. That’s the type of superstar Breakker’s been presented as that briefcase would push him to a new level.

Jey Uso

Jey Uso remains super-over with the WWE Universe. His entrance is a sight to behold. The moment that he wins a singles title is going to blow the roof off the building. He’d be a great Money in the Bank briefcase holder because fans would be interested every time he shows up on screen. He’d be another one that could challenge in a straight-up match or make a surprise cash-in as well. Jey Uso is already a mega-star on the roster, this moment would push him to a new level.

Montez Ford

Montez Ford is the wildcard vote for 2024 Money in the Bank. Fans have long wanted to see him pushed as a singles performer, but that has yet to come. He and Angelo Dawkins are beloved performers, but they are in a holding pattern – even before Bobby Lashley went out with an injury.

Seeing Ford slotted into the Money in the Bank match would be amazing and immediately get fans excited. Taking home the briefcase would be even bigger because that would kick off a singes run that would hopefully lead to him picking up a championship victory. Montez Ford checks all the boxes when it comes to being a sports entertainer, and he’s developing his in-ring at the same time. Fans are going to continue to push for Ford to get that singles run and seeing it start with Money in the Bank would be huge.
