WWE Money in the Bank is one of the more important annual PLEs and 2025 should be more of the same. This year's edition of the show is set for Saturday, June 7 from the Intuit Dome in California. Qualifying matches are scheduled to begin soon as announced during the May 12 episode of WWE Raw. Money in the Bank is meant to be a launching pad for the performers. The winner gets a ticket to the main event while others can use the match as a catapult to bigger opportunities. Looking across the roster, here are some performers who need to be involved this year.

Carmelo Hayes

Compared to the other names who were drafted alongside Carmelo Hayes, he's the one name who hasn't had a big opportunity on the main roster. Fans are taking note of that and it is not helping the allegations against Triple H and his booking decisions when it comes to main roster talent. Carmelo Hayes should be considered a lock to be involved in the match as he's an excellent performer and character. He'd thrive in this style of match, being the performer who could put together some highlight-reel moments.

Giulia

WWE has a superstar in its midst with Giulia. She's recognized all around the world as being one of the best performers in women's wrestling. WWE should not put her in a situation where she's taking loss after loss. There's no need to sully her legacy with such booking decisions now that she's on the main roster. Instead, treat her like the top performer that she is. Giulia must win her qualfying match for the MITB and be a top name to potentially win the briefcase. She checks all the boxes right now and its time to capitalize.

Austin Theory

It is clear that WWE sees something in Austin Theory. Fans pushed back when Vince McMahon attempted to push him too quickly as the next top star. Triple H pushed him back down the roster, but there's still a budding interest in what his future looks like. Seeing him pick up a victory and be involved in the MITB would go a long way.

Roxanne Perez

Like Giulia, Roxanne Perez is being positioned as one of the faces of WWE's future. Since stepping into WWE NXT, fans recognized that she had the makings to be a huge star for WWE's future. She achieved so much in NXT, but has been in a lurch since starting the transition to the main roster. She qualified for the Elimination Chamber, and WWE has hinted at her and Giulia's spilt. Perez should be a lock for the ladder match and while she may not win it, this should be an accolade she achieves at some point.

Ludwig Kaiser

Much hasn't been seen of Ludwig Kaiser so far in 2025. That's a crime. Kaiser is another one of those performers who has a great look almost crafted perfectly for WWE's version of professional wrestling and sports entertainment. The Money in the Bank qualifying match and ladder match should be used as an opportunity to get him further away from the shadow that is GUNTHER. Kaiser would be great in this role as one of the main heels in that match.

Naomi

This should be the year that Naomi wins the Money in the Bank briefcase. She has a wealth of momentum behind her since turning heel. The fans are and have always been interested in what she does in the women's division. She'd be an interesting heel threat to Tiffany Stratton and a bridge to bring a bigger feud to the table between Jade Cargill, Bianca Belair, and herself. Getting her into this match would be well received by the masses.
