WWE NXT Halloween Havoc was a strong show, with several highpoints. Coming out of the PLE, one this is especially clear. Shawn Michaels is looking to leverage ZARIA immediately upon her arrival, as she was all over the women’s division during the show.

ZARIA was initially introduced during the PPV Go-Home show, unfortunately scheduling issues caused that final moment to be cut, with multiple locations missing it entirely. WWE looked to recover from that moment, featuring her twice during the PPV, with one signaling exactly where she will fit on the card initially.

Once Stephanie Vaquer got the pinfall, giving her and Giulia the victory over Roxanne Perez and Cora Jade, ZARIA appeared in the rafters. The second time came after Fallon Henley defeated Kelani Jordan to obtain the NXT Women’s North American Championship. ZARIA lade out Fatal Influence, kicking off what will likely be her first feud, giving her three names for potential matchups in the coming weeks.

It was announced that she’ll have a match on the October 29 episode of WWE NXT, but no opponent was named. Expect a squash of squashes, which is exactly how she should be revealed to the WWE Universe. ZARIA, formerly known as DELTA, is an experienced performer with several big matches worth exploring, but she will most likely be unrecognized too much of the WWE Universe. Which is OK, as long as the company makes the time to give her a proper introduction. Which is exactly what WWE has done with the Mad Max-inspired vignettes leading up to her first in-person appearances. Those vignettes were simple, but strong in presenting ZARIA as a powerful force to come.

ZARIA’s booking should be that of an immediate threat to anyone on the roster. In fact, it should be akin to what fans have seen and embraced with Oba Femi. Since late 2023, Femi has quickly become one of the hottest prospects on the WWE roster, regardless of the show. There’s a lot of upside to what he can become in this promotion, with some believing he has the potential to be a WrestleMania-level attraction. Using that same type of powerful, protected booking would add yet another big name to what a stacked WWE NXT women’s division is already.

WWE NXT’s newest name is set to make her in-ring debut on October 29. After how ZARIA was used on NXT Halloween Havoc, expect big things to come as she stomps her way through a deep women’s division.
