Money in the Bank 2014 comes your way LIVE from TD Garden Arena at  5PM PST / 8 PM EST!

For the first time ever, we will see the WWE World Heavyweight Championship on the line as well as a Contract Ladder Match which will determine who will have a chance to face the winner.

Two other titles will be on the line as Paige will defend the Divas Championship against Naomi and The Usos will defend the WWE Tag Team Championship against The Wyatt Family.

RybAxel will take on Goldust and Stardust in tag team action.

More from Money in the Bank

The singles card will see an extra Divas match between Summer Rae and Layla with Fandango assigned to be the special guest referee as well as a re-match from Payback between Rusev and Big E.

Without further adieu, let’s start the predictions.

LAYLA VS. SUMMER RAE (FANDANGO IS THE SPECIAL GUEST REFEREE):

This is gonna get silly quick. I’d say “no contest”, but I have a feeling that Summer wins it and this whole stupid angle will finally end. This is one of those matches that’s on the card for no good reason at all.

WINNER: Summer Rae

BIG E VS. RUSEV

I’d like to say that Rusev is going to suffer his first loss but I think the WWE may be desperate to push Rusev since he’s going nowhere. My only hope is that this match goes nice and long and Rusev doesn’t squash E. This can’t be another Rusev kick to face, Rusev Accolade. I mean, Big E was the Intercontinental Champion, for cryin’ outloud. WINNER: Rusev

RYBAXEL VS. THE DUST BROTHERS

The Rhodes brothers lost all their heat after losing the tag belts. That said, the WWE is nothing if not consistent when it comes to pushing their worst ideas, no matter how awful the idea might be. Bo Dallas, Adam Rose and Rusev make the crowd apathetic. This doesn’t matter to Creative. They’ll keep pushing no matter what. Dust Brothers walk easily with the win. I wouldn’t even be surprised if the match was a quick squash since a) nobody cares about Stardust b) nobody cares about RybAxel and c) see A & B.

WINNERS: The Dust Brothers

LUKE HARPER & ERICK ROWAN VS. THE USOS FOR THE WWE TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP

The Usos have practically been treated like crap since May, where they lost nearly half their matches. They’re incredibly talented and keeping the belts on them feels right…however, the WWE may be looking to put gold on one, some or all of the Wyatts at this point. This one’s hard to call. Personally, I don’t think Harper and Rowan are all that skilled. They’re just really big guys who, without Bray, are a cheap rip-off of The Godwinns. I think it’s Harper/Rowan by a hair and will probably end with a screwjob of some sort.

WINNERS: The Wyatts

PAIGE VS. NAOMI FOR THE DIVAS CHAMPIONSHIP

The WWE Women went from being fairly respected to being portrayed as a bunch of bimbos who wrestle when they feel like it. That’s a shame. The Divas division has suffered a great deal because the McMahons are more concerned with T&A then with strong women competitors. AJ Lee was the exception but became stale because of the aforementioned — there was nobody worthy of the Divas title. On top of that, Tamina Snuka was put under the knife for knee surgery, so the only viable option in the eyes of Triple H and Vince McMahon was Paige. The problem, however, is the same as every single star who comes from NXT: they get watered down. Paige is no exception. Yes, she brought the tough girl exterior but she’s young and green and her matches suffer because of it. The problem is that, like Alicia Fox, Naomi is just another arbitrary Diva who doesn’t really stand out. The only way I see Naomi winning the title is if the Funkadactyls fracture and fight each other for the thing. I don’t think anyone wants to see that. We’ve been there and done that with the Bellas. I think the belt stays on Paige for now, most likely because of Cameron’s goofy antics. AJ’s gonna return (I hope) and that will make for a kick-ass title match.

WINNER: Paige

MONEY IN THE BANK CONTRACT MATCH

Let’s start with the guys that aren’t winning: Rob Van Dam, Kofi Kingston, Jack Swagger and Bad News Barrett. Barrett’s got bad luck to go with his bad news: he’s already the IC Champ and the WWE isn’t gonna put the World Title on him yet. On top of that, if reports are to be believed, he won’t compete at all because of a legit separated shoulder he sustained during the Smackdown taping. Rob Van Dam is a fan favorite but has seen better days, Kofi hasn’t been relevant since Pan Am was on the air and Swagger is long past his due date in terms of his gimmick and popularity. That leaves Ziggler, Ambrose and Rollins. It’s safe to say that Triple H and the WWE are probably still punishing Ziggler…but I wouldn’t count him out. Despite it all, it’s coming down to Ambrose and Rollins. I don’t see Ambrose winning it. Rollins SHOULD walk away from this the winner. There’s just two much build-up. My ultimate prediction? Ambrose and Rollins BOTH come down with the case and nobody can decide who wins. However, I think it’s Rollins pulling the case down…or is he? Barrett’s out right? Let’s come back to this.

MONEY IN THE BANK CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH

This one’s a doozy. Let’s start by stating the obvious: one of these guys will face Daniel Bryan at SummerSlam. This eliminates obvious losers: Sheamus, Del Rio, Kane, Orton and, I dare say, John Cena. Sheamus is a good worker and he’s tough but he’s already got the U.S. Title. Del Rio’s blah and has little to no heat left. Kane’s on the verge of retirement and is just there to ensure Orton will be Champion. The thing is, Orton’s been champion. The WWE has already done the Corporate Heel thing and they’re probably not going that route again. Cena will come close because because he’s WWE’s golden boy but, come on, ANOTHER title run? A Cena/Bryan confrontation isn’t gonna be very good. You’re looking at Roman Reigns, Bray Wyatt, and Cesaro. I’m booting Reigns out first. He still has to cook a little more. He doesn’t have the depth or moveset of Rollins or Ambrose — he DOES have the muscle. But, again, Bryan vs. Reigns? Nah. The only way it would work is if there was a double turn — say Orton being double-crossed by Kane and Reigns joining the Authority…waaaaait a minute here…boy, that’s thin, though. Right? Let’s move on. Say it doesn’t happen. I’m not entirely sure Bray gets the title yet…we’ve already done the Bray vs. Bryan thing. Cesaro though? That’s my winner. He’s your five-tool guy. And he doesn’t need mic skills when he has Paul Heyman. WINNER: Cesaro

So…

MONEY IN THE BANK CONTRACT MATCH (continued)

Daniel Bryan is going to be interviewed prior to the show. He’s going to say that he never actually conceded the Championship…and, I think he somehow ends up with the contract case. That would make things interesting.

WINNER OF CONTRACT MATCH: Daniel Bryan

IF BRYAN DOESN’T APPEAR: Seth Rollins
