Henry came out to talk about his match with Rusev from Raw. He said that he apologized for his loss at Night of Champions, but he refused to apologize again.
Henry said that pressure from people all across the country forced him to compete in the rematch on Monday, even though he was still hurting from the night before. He was very upset with the pressure that was put on him.
Show came out and calmed Henry down. He said he would stand by his “brother”, and that he would be booed with him.
Show then vowed to knock Rusev out on SmackDown.
Henry teased a heel turn here, but Show talked him off of it.
This wasn’t terrible. It was interesting in that it seemed like a retirement angle for Henry.
