What’s next for the Divas division?

Most wrestling fans probably agree that the Brie vs. Nikki Bella match last night exceeded the AJ Lee vs. Paige match for the Divas Championship.

The Bellas put on a pretty entertaining match with some decent spots and solid wrestling, which many would not expect to see. It helped a little that the soap-opera aspect of their feud was dropped, so it may have made fans a little more open to giving it a better review. If we still had to hear the Bellas speak on the microphone for ten minutes on every Raw, everyone would have turned their head to the match last night.

Now we get to see Brie be Nikki’s personal assistant for the next thirty days (the stipulation for the loser of the match), which should be very entertaining, judging by what happened a little while after their match. Brie will get her revenge – it’s just a matter of when.

As for the Divas Championship – the AJ Lee-Paige rivalry seems to be done with now that AJ has won back-to-back matches. Paige also turned on Alicia Fox after the match, so that could be a mini-program for the next few weeks.

It wouldn’t be surprising to see Nikki challenge AJ for the title. They need a heel with some momentum to go for the title and the evil Bella twin fits the bill.
