The Development of Team Authority

We already profiled Team Cena, which is going to be interesting to watch. However, filling out Team Authority may be even more intriguing to see unfold.

It hasn’t been announced already, but we can pretty much assume that Seth Rollins and Kane will be part of Team Authority after what they did last week. The question now becomes who fills out the other 2-3 spots?

It’s up in the air regarding which team Randy Orton will join, so we can’t factor him in too much. It could be possible that Triple H and Stephanie McMahon takes notice of Mark Henry’s recent aggression towards Big Show and places him on the team. That would integrate their feud instead of having to watch them take up space on the card in a potentially slow-paced match that could leave fans annoyed.

Another option could be Cesaro, who has nothing to do following his loss to Dolph Ziggler at the Hell in a Cell PPV and being defeated by Dean Ambrose on SmackDown last Friday.

There’s also two wild cards in this. The first could be the impending return on Bad News Barrett. There’s been nothing to report recently on if he could be back for this PPV, but his return as a “surprise” member for Team Authority would be a good way to bring him back into the fold.

The second and more realistic option would be placing Erick Rowan on Team Authority. Whether it means anything or not, Rowan was seen watching TV with Kane on last week’s SmackDown. Could it be a small sign of what’s to come?

What are you looking forward to on tonight’s episode of Raw?
