This was a home run for NXT.
The show was good, it featured four good matches that showed what NXT is all about, as a couple of storylines about people with heart rising against heel champions strode forward.
That’s not the importance of this episode, though. The importance is that NXT stepped out of Florida, and the crowd was just as engaged as the one you’d find at Full Sail University. I don’t know what the financials look like, but as far as the brand goes, NXT is more than ready to travel the country.
