Seth Rollins vs. Kane
If Rollins wins, he gets to make a stipulation for his match with Orton at Extreme Rules.
Rollins and J & J Security clap for Kane as he walks down to the ring.
Kane removes his jacket, shirt and tie, looking like he’s ready for a fight. He stares down Rollins as the champion laughs. Kane goes to one knee, contemplating laying down. Kane eventually does lay down and lets Rollins start to pin him. But then he pushes Rollins off to a big pop!
J & J Security enter the ring and he looks like he’s going to attack them. Rollins gets in Kane’s face and starts yelling at him, causing the Corporate Monster to slap him. Kane then prepares for the chokeslam as Rollins pleads for him to not do it. Kane disregards the plea and chokeslams Rollins. However, he ends up laying down and lets Rollins cover him.
2.8 out of 5 stars – While this wasn’t much of a match, it was a great way of building up sympathy for Kane. However, I fear that this was the golden opportunity for him to turn face with the hot crowd. I’m not sure whether it’s going to work when he actually does break away from The Authority.
