Intercontinental Title Match: Daniel Bryan (c) vs Bad News Barrett
Preview:
The main story of this match is not Bad News looking to get his title back. In reality it is people tuning in to see if Bryan is healthy enough to fight and defend his title. Bryan’s injury issues sadly continue to weigh him down, and he was recently pulled off of the European tour as a precaution. While the match will still be a good story of smaller champion taking on bruising challenger, the real story is still Bryan’s injury.
Prediction:
Hopefully, Bryan’s injuries are not severe enough to limit his in ring performance. If he is good to go and the match will go as scheduled, Bryan will retain. If he needs to be pulled from the event, then his run with the Intercontinental may be cut short, just like his WWE World Heavyweight Title run last year.
