3) Randy Orton – WWE (World Heavyweight) Championship (8 times), World Heavyweight Championship (4 times), World Tag Team Championship (1 time), WWE Intercontinental Championship (1 time), Money in the Bank (2013)

Randy Orton may be 35, but he is very reliable, has not lost a step in the ring and is still very entertaining.

While Orton is not going to main event most PPV’s anymore, he is consistent and still a major draw. He does not have a big injury history either.

Having the Viper come before John Cena may be a surprise, but the former in a few years younger with a character not as stale as Mr. HLR.
