Rusev’s booking is getting shaky, but he has performed terrifically as an upper level heel. He’s young and should get at least one run with the WWE World Heavyweight Championship if there’s enough faith in him. This would do wonders for his character. However, one could argue he deserves to fall from this spot because of his declining status.
