Result: Stardust wins via pinfall and arachnophobia.

Stardust takes advantage to begin the match and goes for whatever is in a bag he carried to the ring, but Truth pulls him away.

After Truth got him down, he went for the bag and pulled out some fake spiders. This freaked him out, leading to Stardust pinning him.
