Show starts with a recap of the Ambrose-Rollins match from Elimination Chamber. We get treated to one of the greatest reactions in history by Rollins when he realizes he’s kept his title.

Rollins & Ambrose segment

Rollins comes out solo to kick off the actual SmackDown portion. He grabs a chair before he enters the ring. He talks about how he used a chair like this one to single handedly dismantle the chair nearly a year ago, which brings with it “you sold out” chants. He says fans keep asking him why and it’s because he wants to be the best, not just one of the best. Rollins calls himself the future of the WWE since he’s been with the Authority and said he had a vision after Royal Rumble to beat Brock and Roman at the same time. He says the Beast is now licking his wounds and Reigns is living in his shadow. Rollins gets to Dean Ambrose and he gets a great pop from just his name. Rollins says he appreciates the Authority but says he doesn’t need any of them.

Dean Ambrose interrupts fro the TitanTron with the WWE World Heavyweight Title surrounded by ladders. Ambrose says he’s every bit a scumbag that Rollins is, but says he can’t stand the lie that Rollins is still champion. He says that relying on the Authority has made Rollins weak. Ambrose has been surviving and getting stronger. Dean says he’ll walk out with the title or die trying.

Here’s a link to part of it from the WWE site. This was an amazing segment. I can’t do it justice no matter how long I make my description. For how little time there is until Money in the Bank, these two delivered. Story here was fantastic.
