WWE Intercontinental Championship Match: Ryback (c) vs Big Show
Preview: Call this the Big Guy vs the Ridiculously Big Guy. Ryback won himself a fancier weight belt at Elimination Chamber and now finds himself in a feud with a returning Big Show. Big Show decided he wanted the title shot and knocked out Miz before their match for the IC title could start on RAW. This is one of the few possible feuds where Ryback looks like the physical underdog, so the storytelling in this match will be interesting to watch.
Prediction: Big Show doesn’t need the IC title to be relevant, and would do nothing to elevate the title. Ryback is carrying the belt as a proud champ and to cut his first title run in the company so short could be a death blow to his character. Ryback retains, and hopefully moves on to a fresh feud after that.
