They show a recap of the history between Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose, starting with him dismantling the Shield.
Alicia Fox w/ The Bellas vs Naomi w/Tamina Snuka
Result: Fox def. Naomi by pinfall
Rating: 1.7 stars out of 5 stars
Alicia Fox is a strange combo with the Bellas. Naomi is in control and hits a big hurricanrana and a bulldog into the turnbuckle. Fox gets some offence in with a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker and a spear to the outside on Naomi. Commentary just consistently talks about Paige’s attempted rallying of the Divas. Naomi taunts the Bellas, leading to Tamina superkicking both Bellas. Fox hits a mean looking facebuster for the win.
This match did nothing for me. It was sloppy and the finish seemed way to quick. Who am I supposed to dislike in this feud, because right now it’s everyone.
We get a recap of Cena and Owens’ feud since Money in the Bank. The match at Battleground is going to be great again.
Tag Team Interviews
New Day is backstage for an interview with JoJo. Big E is in the middle of a positivity sermon before getting interrupted by PTP. The champs start chanting “New…Day Sucks”. PTP talk about how they are outnumbered and O’Neill does a great Big E impression about how one of them is going to be the weak link.
New Day starts complaining and Bo Dallas comes over and says it pains him to see the most positive influence in WWE arguing. Bo says he asked the Authority to be tag partners with New Day tonight against PTP and whoever else they can find, which should be a great match. Bo then can’t get the New Day clap down, which was funnier than it should have been.
