The co-main event of NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn will be Sasha Banks defending her NXT Women’s Championship against Bayley. This will be the latest title defense for Banks and Bayley’s first attempt at the belt since February.

The build for this match began with Bayley’s streak of wins. She defeated Emma and Charlotte. However, she would go onto challenge Becky Lynch in a match to become the number one contender for the NXT Women’s Championship. Bayley would defeat her on NXT and move onto this match.

Brandon’s Prediction:

Bayley deserves a title run before she comes to the main roster, and with Sasha already there, it makes sense for that run to be now.

Prediction: Bayley

Callum’s Prediction:

The story of this contest has been the rise of Bayley to a point where she can challenge for the NXT Women’s Championship, and slip into the boots of the three Divas that were promoted to the main roster. Sasha Banks has been a worthy champion and the Boss in the ring that she claims to be, and will bring out the best in Bayley as she hopefully ascends to the top of the mountain. Honestly, it would be extremely disappointing for her not to win the title, as she certainly deserves to hold the gold as the most over woman in developmental today.

Prediction: Bayley

Carl’s Prediction:

Sasha Banks and Bayley needs no introduction and it’s no surprise that the card is billed as a double main event. Both women have proved themselves in NXT more than worthy of the main roster. I can see a Bayley win as Sasha moves up to the main roster full time. It’s time for Bayley to be the woman to beat in NXT.

Evan G’s Prediction:

Banks is going to be contending for the Divas title soon, so her reign with the NXT women’s title will come to an end soon. Bayley is the only remaining member of the Four Horsewomen left in NXT, and is more than ready to take the title and be the face of women’s wrestling in NXT. Hug Life!

Jordan’s Prediction:

Sash Banks is in a very similar position that Kevin Owens is in. Banks has been working double-duty for much of the past month and her run in NXT should come to an end on Saturday night. Banks is ready to be the superior diva on the main roster and that is why she will lose to Bayley on Saturday. Bayley’s time is now and she is deserving of a run with the NXT Women’s championship.

Prediction: Bayley

Rob’s Prediction:

Sasha Banks is going onto bigger and better things on the main roster. She’ll be the WWE Divas Champion before or by the time WrestleMania 32 rolls around in April.

NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn is Bayley’s time to shine. She has the chance to headline the NXT women’s division for the foreseeable future and can make her mark by putting on her best match yet. We know she has it in her and Sasha should be more than willing to put her over here.

Teddy’s Prediction:

This one is interesting. It would be easy to say that Bayley wins since Sasha Banks is on the main roster now, but look at how WWE handled Kevin Owens when he was NXT champion. I’m going to say Bayley goes over anyways. The crowd will go crazy once she is crowned the new Women’s NXT champion.

Travis’ Prediction:

Don’t be surprised if this is the night’s showstopper. Banks has been doing her thing on the main roster for a few weeks now, asserting her dominance as “The Boss” an carrying the NXT gold around to prove it. At the same time, Bayley isn’t going anywhere for a while and would make for a champion the fans could rally behind. Bayley has been chasing the title for a long time and NXT seem to be setting her up for success, especially after wins over Charlotte, Becky Lynch, and Emma. But Banks just forced WWE Divas champ Nikki Bella to tap out, and it looks like her attention has turned to greater targets.
