William Regal and Tyler Breeze Backstage
Breeze interrupts Regal talking to two gentlemen (Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa) backstage. Breeze asks Regal for a partner that is important similar to how he asked for an important opponent and was given Jushin Liger. Regal says he’ll give him Bull Dempsey and Breeze objects. Regal tells Breeze that he and Dempsey will take on Ciampa and Gargano next week on NXT as part of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic. Breeze tells Gargano and Ciampa to watch out, smile for the camera and say Breeze. Gargano and Ciampa say thanks for the opportunity to Regal and look ready to destroy Breeze.
Emma Interview
Emma is shown in a taped interview talking about her win last week on NXT. She mentions how the Divas Revolution started at TakeOver with her vs. Paige, and that people seem to have forgotten about her.
Apollo Crews vs. Martin Stone
Result: Crews defeats Stone via pinfall.
Rating: 2.5 out of 5 stars
Crews starts out in control and hits a gorgeous dropkick on the button. Stone manages to catch Crews with a clothesline and mocks Crews’ signature pose. Crews catches Stone with a standing enziguri. He hits a standing clothesline and pops back up to his feet. He hits the Gorilla Press with a Standing Moonsault for the victory.
Evan’s Note: Great to see more Apollo Crews. There are big things in his future, mainly the NXT Championship.
