In what order would we rank the matches at NXT TakeOver: Respect, which we saw live from Full Sail University last night.

More from NXT

We saw the latest NXT live special on the WWE Network last night, NXT TakeOver: Respect. The card may not have had so many of the more familiar names of the NXT roster performing on it but that doesn’t mean that it wasn’t an action packed card.

The majority of the night revolved around the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic. The tournament has run for the last couple of months and finally saw the team of NXT Champion Finn Balor and Samoa Joe win the trophy. One of the highlights of the night was seeing Dusty’s sons, Cody and Dustin Rhodes, present the trophy. Cody spoke with so much passion about his father and left you wondering why he is saddled with the Stardust gimmick when he can connect with the audience in a way few men can.

The other match of the night was between Apollo Crews and Tyler Breeze, two men who have big futures ahead of them in WWE.

But what did we think was the best match of the night and how did the other matches rank? Continue reading to find out.
