Non-Title Match: Vaudevillains vs. Angelo Dawkins & Sawyer Fulton
Result: Vaudevillains defeated Angelo Dawkins & Sawyer Fulton via pinfall (Whirling Dervish).
Rating: 2.5 stars out of 5 stars
English starts off against Dawkins. English goes after Fulton on the apron, allowing Dawkins to take control. Fulton and Dawkins take control and work over English. Gotch gets the hot tag from English and he goes to work on Dawkins and hits him with a flurry of offence. The VaudeVillains hit the Whirling Dervish for the pinfall and the win.
Evan’s Note: Nothing special about that match. Gotch has one of the best hot tags in wrestling right now.
Dash & Dawson Interview
Devin Taylor calls the Vaudevillains match impressive, but Dawson says it’s more impressive that they beat the Vaudevillains during the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic. They say that makes them the number one contenders to the NXT Tag Team Championships. Dawson says their next target though is Enzo and Cass, and that they will make them lose use of a body part.
