Evie vs. Nia Jax

Result: Nix Jax defeated Evie via pinfall (spine buster).

Rating: 2.7 stars out of 5 stars

Evie is debuting in NXT tonight too, but she didn’t have any vignettes so I wouldn’t say that I like her odds. Nia Jax uses her power advantage to toss around Evie and get her locked in a bear hug. Nia is in control as Evie tries to fight back with a series of kicks. Nia Jax catches Evie with a one arm spine buster for the win.

Evan’s Note: Nia Jax seems super charismatic and that was a good squash match debut. She looks like the best power Diva in a while (Sorry, Tamina).

Tyler Breeze and Baron Corbin also talk about how they want to be No. 1 Contender tonight as well. That match is next.
