WWE Survivor Series 2015: Who Could Join Undertaker vs. The Wyatts?

The Undertaker’s going to need some help if he’s to face the Wyatt Family at Survivor Series. Who could the Deadman turn to in his fight for revenge?

More from WWE

The Undertaker may have lost the rubber match in his bloody feud with Brock Lesnar, but he’s not going away any time soon. Last night’s Hell in a Cell PPV ended with the Wyatt Family delivering a beat down to the Undertaker before “kidnapping” him backstage. Will they try to convert him to their cause as they did Daniel Bryan? Maybe, but more likely we’ll see Undertaker assemble a team to face them at Survivor Series.

The entire Survivor Series event is being centered around the 25th anniversary of the Undertaker’s WWE debut, so it stands to reason he’ll be the show’s focus. Since Undertaker has already faced Bray Wyatt at WrestleMania 31, WWE will probably go with a traditional Survivor Series elimination-style tag match. As for who the Undertaker could turn to for help, especially since nobody came out to help him last night, that remains in question.

The most obvious candidate is Undertaker’s brother, Kane, who should be shedding his “Director of Operations” title for good now. The Brothers of Destruction reunited could be the powerhouse force that finally stops the Wyatts and the seemingly unbeatable Braun Strowman.  While Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose seem like good choices to join Undertaker, as well, Reigns appears to be moving on to something new after his win over Wyatt at Hell In A Cell. Ambrose could still be part of the team as he’s not really doing anything right now, but who else would join them as the fourth?

Ambrose and Randy Orton have paired up a lot lately against the Wyatts, and while “the Viper” is currently away nursing another significant shoulder injury it’s unlikely to be him. Perhaps the WWE uses this as an opportunity to call up an NXT superstar like Baron Corbin, who was rumored to be joining Reigns and Ambrose against the Wyatts at Night of Champions.

Some have pushed the idea of Undertaker facing Strowman at WrestleMania, and seeing this Survivor Series match as a way to launch into that feud. However, at this point Strowman is very green and not particularly over with the fans, so it seems unlikely. Plus, Undertaker probably has very few main event matches left in his career and using one on an inexperienced superstar like Strowman doesn’t seem like the right idea.
