Survivor Series (1990) – Hulk Hogan, The Ultimate Warrior and Tito Santana vs. Ted DiBiase, Rick Martel, The Warlord and Power and Glory (Hercules and Paul Roma) in a 3-on-5 Grand Finale Survivor Series match.

The teams were comprised of survivors from earlier matches on the card, thus giving the good guys a distinct disadvantage from the start. Given only about ten minutes to work, this match didn’t exact get the time necessary for a proper build. Warlord was immediately pinned by Tito, in what was the fastest elimination in the PPV’s short history. Tito was eliminated not long after by DiBiase, leaving Hogan and Warrior to fend for themselves.

Ramona was eliminated by a “hulked-up” Hogan, while Martel literally walked out of the match, getting counted out. Going through these early matches, it should be noted how good DiBiase made his opponents look, constantly selling hard for them. Hogan and Warrior made quick work of the remaining guys to get the big win.

This was a short match, with a very predictable finish, it felt like an after-thought, and is easily one of the worst main events, ever.
