Dean Ambrose vs. Chris Jericho

This is the first time Jericho will make his way onto the WrestleMania 32 projections.

At WWE Night of Champions in Sept., Y2J teamed with Ambrose and Roman Reigns to take on Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper and Braun Strowman. Jericho was the long-awaited mystery partner of the Shield brothers. Unfortunately for the babyfaces, Jericho lost the match for them with an untimely tag and was knocked out by Strowman.

After the match, Jericho stormed away from Ambrose and Reigns, teasing the return of the heel we saw a few years ago.

An Ambrose vs. Jericho match would be a chance for the Lunatic Fringe to get a big win, since Y2J is mostly around to put younger Superstars over. Doing this at WrestleMania would mean even more and potentially lead to big things for Ambrose in the future.

While there’s been no interaction between Ambrose and Jericho since Sept., something could stir up soon, maybe at the Royal Rumble match if they cross paths.
