• Ember Moon defeated Billie Kay. Trainers helped Kay to the back for a potential injury.
• Before the Revival vs. the Ealy Brothers begins, the Authors of Pain attack the latter team. This leads to Dash and Dawson fleeing the ring.
• Heavy Machinery defeated two enhancement talents.
• Nikki Cross defeated Macey Estrella. No Way Jose and Tye Dillinger attempted to fight SAnitY, but the numbers game would get to them.
• Andrade Almas defeated Oney Lorcan.
• Asuka defeated Priscilla Zuniga. Asuka also said she will destroy Ember Moon before this match took place.
• The Ealy Brothers challenge the Authors of Pain to a match. Akam and Rezar answer, winning quickly.

Any injury is disappointing, especially to Kay, who has become a steady part of the NXT Women’s Division. Hopefully, this isn’t anything serious.

Poor Oney. Right now, he can’t scratch out a win if his life depended on it. The guy is solid in the ring, but hasn’t been able to carve out a spot in NXT.

Heavy Machinery are getting a real look in the NXT Tag Team Division. If the Revival move up to the main roster after WrestleMania 33, then Tucker Knight and Otis Dozovic may be in the grooming process.

It was never made apparent with matches that took place at this taping, but it looks like we’re getting Asuka vs. Ember Moon at TakeOver: Orlando. Leaving Nikki Cross out of the mix is interesting after she seemed to tease more to come with the NXT Women’s champion at TakeOver: San Antonio. Maybe plans changed, or this could have been the idea all along.
