WWE Fastlane has been and gone, some outcomes did not really make sense, so what could have happened with the match endings instead?

Fastlane was not an entirely predictable event, we had some surprises but the ending was definitely predictable. Earlier in the show they teased that perhaps Brock Lesnar may show up, or that Samoa Joe might interfere in the Universal Title Match. None of that did happen, instead Chris Jericho made an appearance, which was distraction enough for Kevin Owens to get caught off guard by Goldberg. Yes, Kevin Owens lost as we all thought he would and Goldberg is now the Universal Champion heading into WrestleMania.

We also Charlotte not recapture the Raw Women’s Championship and instead her PPV winning streak came to a shocking end against Bayley. No one really thought that Charlotte would lose on PPV before WrestleMania, and no one thought Bayley was going to retain. This was one of those unpredictable moments, but was it the right one?

In the other big match we had the two big men Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman finally face off in a one on one match. Braun looked like a complete beast, he destroyed Roman Reigns, yet somehow Roman Reigns managed to make a come back, and give Braun his first loss. Is that something we wanted to see? Did it make sense after the booking that Braun has received?

Well let us take a look at some alternative endings to these matches plus more.
